We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unopened, unused product in its original carton/box with all included literature in re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Simply send us an email, and inform us that you are returning your purchase and we will give you a return confirmation number which you must include (printed) with your return. Please note that we must be notified of your return prior to returning the package. After receipt of your return, we will issue a credit for your unopened returned items, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
Limited Warranty and Limited Liability
Customer agrees to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. We will replace all defective products, when the defects are reported within seven calendar days of purchase. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limit to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under the foregoing warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Cosmo Cuco Pte Ltd be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages.
Return of Goods
Except for the goods returned pursuant to the Limited Warranty in the above paragraph Limited Warranty and Limited Liability, no returns will be accepted without our prior authorization, and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
